Alice has built a strong connection with the clients she supports and treats them like family. She is always patient, even when clients exhibit challenging behavior. Recently, a newly admitted individual was having difficulty acclimating and acting out. Alice worked closely with the individual and ensured that they were able to settle in quickly.
