“I love taking care of the people in my community. I can build a rapport with each patient and I enjoy helping them reach their goals. It is very satisfying to watch them take charge of their health and learn how to be independent with their care. It really is a blessing to have a job that I truly enjoy.” ~ Aimee, PRN Nurse
Our internship program allows you to do meaningful work that can positively impact your community and future while gaining valuable skills in the process. Some of the many benefits of our internship program include:
“BrightSpring provided me with a dynamic atmosphere that taught me organization, communication, and leadership skills. Working in an encouraging office setting provided me with a real life opportunity to practice the skills I will use daily in my career.” ~ Kristen, HR Intern
“Before applying to the summer internship, I didn’t have an idea of what my ideal internship would be. The team-oriented family atmosphere has surpassed my expectations in every way. Through this program, I have gained organizational skills, knowledge, and professional mentors that helped me hone my skills. They really want their interns to have an exceptional learning experience. After completing this program, you will leave not only with new skills and friends but hope for the future.” ~ Aaron, Communications Intern
“While studying in school, I was able to build foundational business skills, but it was not until my internship that I started to truly understand how a business operates. From my first day, I was given the opportunity to mold my internship experience and work in any area that I found interesting. Every team member welcomed and provided me valuable professional development skills. Once I completed my internship, I was given the opportunity to join the company full-time and continue to provide meaningful work with great people.” ~ Parker, Project Management Intern
“As a first-year law student, there are very few opportunities to see areas of the law that I have been fortunate enough to experience here at BrightSpring. The Legal team works in so many practice areas like employment, regulatory, and litigation, and I have had the chance to see just about all of them. Along with this awesome practical knowledge, the team has imparted some amazing wisdom on me about the kind of lawyer I want to be outside of the day to day work. I’ve learned the value that community service, effective communication, and mentorship can have on my practice and my career!! I’m so grateful to have had such a wonderful experience.” ~ Michaela, Legal Intern
“Spending my summer with BrightSpring has enhanced my skills as a leader and communicator as well as many other crucial abilities. The mentoring provided by this internship has given me the opportunity to meet people who have set an excellent example for how successful business professionals work. I have also received some excellent career advice, along with some life advice.” – Marcus, Project Management Intern
“My internship provided me with my first source of hands-on community in an office setting. I felt welcomed, encouraged and at home daily. This internship provided me with many opportunities to try out a wide variety of tasks and connect with new people. I am grateful to have had a wonderful experience that I will take with me in all future endeavors.” – Hayley, Communications Intern
