Laurie Babin

Laurie Babin is chief revenue and innovation officer for BrightSpring Health Services. Babin has over 34 years of experience in the health care industry as a proven leader. Her extensive background in revenue cycle, finance and business process improvements help her lead BrightSpring’s revenue cycle department and innovation center of excellence department.

Babin’s focus is on providing vision, strategic direction and leadership for end-to-end revenue cycle capabilities and taking innovative ideas to reality that support the long-term objectives, mission and vision of BrightSpring. Prior to joining BrightSpring, Babin was senior vice president of revenue cycle services for nThrive.

Babin is currently president for the American College of Healthcare Executives Middle Tennessee and certified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She actively participates in community giving with groups such as Salvation Army Angel Tree program and Second Harvest Food Bank.

Babin is an avid tennis player and member of the United States Tennis Association. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in emergency health management from University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of West Florida.
