BrightSpring Health Services Hires New VP of Talent Acquisition

Louise Bijesse has joined BrightSpring Health Services as new vice president of talent acquisition.

Bijesse will lead the company’s Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. She will be tasked with delivering business solutions and outcomes to create a more adaptable operating model for recruiting function efficiencies, with transparency and a strategic focus on filling the highest-value roles. She will direct recruiting operations and overall implementation of recruiting tactics, introducing creative and leading-edge techniques to enhance recruitment effectiveness. Bijesse will also lead the recruiting team to bring in the best and brightest in the industry to ensure that they recruit and retain top talent.

Bijesse comes to BrightSpring with more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and staffing. Her most recent experience includes working as senior director at Compass Group North America, where she led talent acquisition in 16 business sectors, providing strategic support for 12 chief executive officers and their executive teams.

Bijesse has a record of transformational business strategy and execution, process excellence and improvement with a focus on high-volume recruiting, developing and coaching. She holds a master’s degree in information technology management from the University of North Carolina Greensboro and a bachelor’s degree in business, management and economics from State University of New York.
