BrightSpring Health Services Welcomes New Chief Human Resources Officer

BrightSpring Health Services, one of the nation’s largest providers of complementary pharmacy, home and community-based health services to complex populations, today introduced Joydeep Mutsuddi as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. He will spearhead the company’s efforts to build and sustain a talented and best-in-industry diverse workforce across its national footprint.  

Mutsuddi joins BrightSpring with an esteemed career as a highly sought-after health care HR leader. He has tremendous expertise in both product and service companies comprising of large, disparate and diverse employee populations. Mutsuddi most recently served as a top leader at Becton Dickinson in Franklin Lakes, NJ, where he led the global HR function for the company’s largest business segment. During his 16 years tenure, Mutsuddi led the company’s multi-year total rewards integration, along with HR for a variety of sectors, including: Operations, Supply Chain and Quality teams; Europe, Middle East and Africa, Latin America; and its Life Sciences segment.

As Chief Human Resource officer for BrightSpring Health Services’ entire portfolio of companies, Mutsuddi will lead talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, organizational development and training, as well as guide investments in HR technology, innovation and acquisitions integration.
