BrightSpring Learning and Organization Development Team Receive Human Capital Management Awards

The BrightSpring Learning & Organization Development team received a Bronze and Silver 2021 Human Capital Management (HCM) Award from the Brandon Hall Group. The team received the awards for the Executive Director Certification Program (EDCP) and Employee Experience Survey (EES).

The EDCP is a role-specific training program designed for Executive Directors in the Community Living line of business and provides comprehensive training for all responsibilities under the Executive Director role with more than 100 training resources. The EES was designed to give employees company-wide an opportunity to provide insight and areas of opportunity in the company directly to executive level administrators.

The awards come during the largest applicant pool in the firm’s 28-year history, with applicants from around the world competing with their top initiatives.
