Gateway Pediatric Therapy presented at the 2025 OBM Network Conference in Reykjavik, Iceland. The event was hosted in partnership between Organizational Behavioral Management (OBM) and the Icelandic Association of Behavior Analysis (ICEABA), bringing together global leaders in applied behavior analysis and organizational performance.
Gateway’s participation showcased the organization’s continued leadership in advancing ethical, data-driven, and evidence-based clinical and operational practices. Chief Executive Officer Rachel Enright presented “Ethical and Practical Considerations for ABA Therapy Organizations,” providing valuable insights on balancing quality care, compliance, and organizational growth within the behavioral health field.
Vice President Roxanne Rayes and Regional Clinical Director Nicholette Christodoulou also contributed their expertise through their session on “Effective Employee Management Through Data-Driven Performance Scorecards.” Their presentation underscored Gateway’s commitment to supporting both clients and staff through measurable, outcome-focused approaches that elevate the standard of care.
