Tabitha Burkhart-Wilson is an accomplished leader in the behavioral healthcare industry, with over 20+ years of executive experience driving innovation and excellence in integrated care. As the Senior Vice President of SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, Tabitha oversees strategic initiatives that enhance access to quality behavioral health services and improve outcomes for individuals and communities.

Previously, Tabitha served as the Psychological Program Administrator in the Commissioner’s Office for the Department of Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Frankfort, Kentucky. In this role, she spearheaded critical programs and policies, solidifying her reputation as a visionary in the field.

A Licensed Psychological Practitioner in both Kentucky and North Carolina, Tabitha brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and business acumen to their work. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, demonstrating a commitment to both patient-centered care and organizational excellence.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tabitha is deeply committed to community service and advocacy. She serves on the board of CASA of the Wilderness Trail, supporting vulnerable children and families, and is the founder of 100 Women of the 40475 Who Care, a philanthropic initiative dedicated to driving impactful change in the local community.
