Meghan Kinnan is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Primary Care for BrightSpring Health Services. Throughout her progressive 18-year career at Cleveland Clinic, Meghan was a pioneer and key leader in growing and transforming primary care and innovating towards population health delivery. Most recently, she was the Executive Director of the Population Health and Community Care business unit at the Cleveland Clinic. In this role she provided the strategic leadership, direction, and oversight of integrating clinical operations, value based care operations, community and health partnerships, and the clinically integrated network to drive value based contracting and business goals supporting $1B in gross charges, $80M+ in value based revenue, and serving 600,000 lives across 74 locations with 3,000 employees and providers.
Prior to that role, she served as Institute Administrator for the Medicine Institute and Administrative Director for the Medicare ACO where she oversaw the implementation of the patient-centered medical home model, facilitated Medicaid expansion within primary care and co-created the foundational capabilities to succeed in value-based care. The Medicine Institute housed Internal Medicine and Geriatrics, Family Medicine, Hospital Medicine and Infectious Disease across 50 practice locations, five hospitals with 375 physicians and 800 Caregivers. She served in other foundational roles at Cleveland Clinic including Internal Medicine Department Administrator, Project Manager, and Operations Analyst.
At BrightSpring, Meghan oversees the growth, efficiency, strategy, and performance of our primary care services in partnership with clinical leadership.
Meghan received her undergraduate degree in Health Information Management and a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from St. Louis University. She resides in Cleveland, OH, with her family.
