BrightSpring Health Services announced Debra Giordano, ResCare Workforce Services vice president of service delivery, was awarded the Silver Stevie Award in the Female Executive of the Year category at the 15th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business held November 16 in New York.
“We are extremely proud of Debra’s accomplishments,” said ResCare Workforce Services President Mark Douglass. “She was recognized among the top women executives, entrepreneurs and leaders in the world. This award exemplifies how important it is to foster a workplace culture where female executives can lead successfully.”
Giordano was awarded for her leadership of a national workforce team that manages new contracts and development and execution of initiatives to deliver results. Workforce Services manages career centers, Job Corps centers, business services operations, and family support functions, all of which combine to assist nearly 1 million job seekers and thousands of employers annually in more than 400 locations throughout the U.S.
