Adoration Home Health Assistant Vice President of Operations Amber Eckman has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Mobile, AL.
Amber is the winner of this year’s CEO Award. Administrator Katrena McDaniel says, “She consistently evaluates complex situations, identifies opportunities, and formulates effective strategies to address challenges uniquely and successfully. Her insights have led to better understanding of ways to improve quality, development of staff, and improved cost savings and revenue targets.”
Amber’s problem-solving skills were noted as integral to the success of Adoration in Mississippi. Throughout her tenure, their positive outcomes have included a 14% increase in admissions, a 27% increase in ADC, and a 55% increase in EBITDA. Additionally, Amber collaborated with the Director of Clinical Practice to reach five-star ratings at all locations across multiple states.
Amber inspires and motivates her team to exceed goals and expectations. They have achieved improved quality and outcome measures, development and retention of staffing, and an overall improvement across service lines and departments. This has built a more collaborative approach to providing care and optimizing operational efficiency.
