All Ways Caring Home Care Customer Service Manager Tammy Berry has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Watkinsville, GA.
Tammy is a recipient of the 2022 National Home Care Aide Scholarship presented by The National Association for Home Care and Hospice (NAHC), in partnership with CellTrak. This award recognizes Tammy as a home care aide vital to the industry.
Tammy’s dedication is unmatched. Branch Manager Jennifer Watson said, “When she recently lost her home and two vehicles to a fire… she made sure that not only her family got out of the home safely, but that she got all of her scrubs and work shoes out as well so she could still go into work the next morning.” Despite scrambling to find a place for her family to stay, Tammy still expressed her commitment to those she serves.
Dependability and a strong work ethic have defined Tammy’s time with All Ways Caring. “She is dependable, loved by her client, responds to the office in a timely manner, and always has a cheerful, can-do attitude,” says Jennifer. Despite continuing to recover from the fire, Tammy has not missed a single day with her client. Due to her leadership, dedication, and commitment, she was promoted from caregiver, a role she held when nominated for this award, to Customer Service Manager.
