All Ways Caring HomeCare Customer Service Supervisor and Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator (CSS/HRRC) Amanda Starnes has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Rock Hill, SC.
Amanda won the LEGACY Award for the Personal Care East Division. After being promoted to Human Resources from a Caregiver role in 2022, she became CSS/HRRC in 2023. She worked to learn both aspects of this job and became an advocate for caregivers and clients alike.
Amanda has taken the time to foster relationships with her team members, which has been instrumental to her success within the branch. Caregivers often stop in to grab a snack and have a conversation with Amanda regarding clients or their personal lives. She provides motivation and compassion, helping her employees support their clients throughout the year.
Amanda’s impact can be seen in the results of client satisfaction surveys. Many include comments such as, “All Ways Caring has been very good to me,” “My helper is the best ever,” and, “Amanda is great.” The effects of Amanda’s leadership and collaborative work were further seen in the success across several metrics at the end of 2024.
