All Ways Caring HomeCare Regional Director Chris Lewis is Working Smart and Doing Good in Greenville, South Carolina. Chris received the 2022 HomeCare VA Growth Award and the Quality Award.
In 2021, Chris’ South Carolina operation received seven external surveys from the Department of Health and Environment Control (DHEC). All seven surveys were deficiency-free, resulting in 100% compliance! The operation also had a 96% Critical Incident Reporting Closure Rate for the year. Chris and his teams achieve these results through conducting quarterly record reviews and Quality Safety Meetings at each location. He ensures Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) are created with action steps and ongoing monitoring for identified areas requiring attention.
