This week is National Nurses Week and today we recognize All Ways Caring HomeCare Registered Nurse Supervisor Donald Hall, who has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Macon, Georgia.
Donald started with All Ways Caring HomeCare in January 2022, and has continued to go above and beyond. His high attention to detail with supervisory and annual visits combined with thorough form submissions enables the office to address issues sooner and recognize caregivers for their work.
Donald demonstrates commitment to the people he supports, especially in the case of hospitalizations. Each morning, he calls the hospitals to check on all clients listed as being there. If he finds out a client has been released, he will contact them to schedule a nurse visit, if necessary.
