All Ways Caring HomeCare Caregiver Rebecka Shannon has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Fresno, CA.
Rebecka was recently recognized as one of the top 500 nominees for the Home Care Association of America (HCAOA) 2024 Caregiver of the Year Award. Customer Service Manager Lindsy Parman says, “Rebecka is dependable and exhibits the knowledge and caring personality that it takes to be an exceptional caregiver.”
Rebecka goes above and beyond to support her clients and their families, providing the care they need and communicating with office staff regarding any changes or concerns. Once, when her current client was not feeling well, Rebecka immediately got in touch with the family to make sure he could receive medical attention. She not only accompanied him to the hospital but stayed there with him for 10 hours so he wouldn’t be alone.
