Amerita Pharmacy Tech Compoundings Dianna Gandara, Semainesh Kidane, Jordan Timmermann, and Francisca Bedu-Addo, Pharmacy Director Letitia Ford, Delivery Technicians Kory Smith and Joseph Clay, Pharmacist Helen Njuyen, and Pharm Tech Lead Tishika Jackson have been Working Smart and Doing Good in Dallas, TX.
When the acute business in Dallas experienced 40% growth year-over-year, the collective team responded. As the sales team continued to drive volume in the field, the operations team, led by Leticia, worked hard to ensure the growing number of patients served could be well taken care of in a timely manner.
Amerita’s Senior Director of Human Resources Stephanie Kallis said, “I was able to witness firsthand the commitment this team has, including their willingness to do what was needed for their patients, sometimes working past 10 p.m. We want to recognize members of our team in the clean room, pharmacy, and warehouse, for their ongoing dedication to making Amerita the acute leader in the Dallas region.”
