When the mother contacted Stephanie, she responded with empathy, urgency, and unwavering dedication. Coordinating directly with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona and her internal teams, Stephanie assisted navigating the approvals and ensured all documentation was completed. As a result, the patient was able to receive his infusion promptly, avoiding further delays in his care. The patient’s mother said, “Your customer service was impeccable, as was your attitude.
