Equus Workforce Solutions Project Director Priscilla Zuniga is Working Smart and Doing Good in San Diego, California. Priscilla is the winner of the 2022 Project of the Year award for San Diego CalWORKs, which met 100% of its contractual goals and achieved a customer service satisfaction score of 99.09% and a quality management score of 97.5%.
The award seeks to annually recognize the project and leader providing exemplary services for the population Equus supports.
Customer experience is of utmost importance to Priscilla. She is adept at thinking outside the box to strategize ways to ensure all funding gets into the community as it should. Additionally, she is committed to the Equus team, consistently going above and beyond to help, guide, and be a resource to her team and her fellow project directors. Through her efforts, every day she demonstrates she is a servant leader.
“She is a positive, results-oriented team player who has been instrumental in growing the San Diego market,” said Equus Workforce Solutions President Mark Douglass.
“Priscilla’s exemplary work in San Diego created the opportunity for us to expand services into homeless stabilization, and it allowed us to expand into sheltering services and build equitable social solutions,” he added.
