Onco360 Senior Director of Patient Services Manny Ramdeen has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Louisville, KY.
Manny is the winner of this year’s Rising Star Award. His mentorship and problem-solving approach create an environment where employees feel supported and empowered. His proactive leadership in vendor partnerships has enhanced operations while providing staff with improved tools to streamline workflows.
In 2024, Manny led seven requests for proposals for new Hub programs and launched four new programs which expanded partnerships to 16 pharma clients. His strategic vision has positioned the company for further growth, and he has already secured five additional Hub programs for 2025.
Onco360 Chief Commercial Officer Benito Fernandez says, “Manny also played a key role in hiring 35 new employees to support program growth while fostering internal talent development, resulting in four promotions. As a key member of the pitch team, he contributed to 10 client presentations, strengthening partnerships.”
