OnePoint Patient Care Pharmacy Operations Manager Moustafa Alkhafaji has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Tempe, AZ.
Moustafa is a winner of this year’s OnePoint Patient Care Yes We Can award. Regional Director Breanne Vondielingen says, “He is the person who steps up to be involved in any project, fix a problem, or give suggestions on how to get something new started.”
Recently, Moustafa assisted with the reorganization of the operation’s storage area to prepare for the installation of a Parata robot. He moved furniture, equipment, and boxes, in addition to assembling new shelving to house a section of inventory that allows for better utilization of the space. This will further aid the overall efficiency of the operation.
Breanne says, “This was not something Moustafa needed to help with. Rather, when he heard it being discussed, he immediately volunteered to assist. He put together an idea of what was needed, facilitated purchase of the shelves, put them together, and moved countless boxes of materials and organized them.”
