On one recent facility visit, while waiting to meet with a Director of Nursing, Mike took a moment to sit with residents in the common area. What began as a simple wait turned into a meaningful interaction – sharing conversations, observing the day-to-day routines of others, and even bonding with the facility’s therapy dog.
