Rehab Without Walls (RWW) Physical Therapist Azia Kalil, Occupational Therapist Christine LoSciuto, Speech-Language Pathologist Alla Johnson, and Clinical Coordinator Dorothy Burton have been Working Smart and Doing Good in Biddeford, ME.
The RWW team’s patient, Terri, was recently discharged from the Maine Home & Community Program after receiving therapy services following a stroke. She found success through her time at the operation, and is grateful to each person she worked with for her outcome.
Terri says, “RWW has to be one of the premier programs for stroke survivors looking to regain their independence and return to their lives before a stroke. I cannot put into words how grateful I am to my ‘A’ team for all they have done for me. I know I did the work, but they were instrumental in deciding my next steps. They helped me set realistic expectations, paid attention to my needs, and encouraged me to push beyond what I previously did in therapy. I love my team of therapists and I will miss our time together.”
Azia, Christine, Alla, and Dorothy, thank you for your positive Attitude and ability to see the possibilities in your patients. Through your encouragement and hard work, Terri was able to make progress and continue living her best life.
WORK SMART. DO GOOD.
