Rehab Without Walls (RWW) Director of Clinical Management Laura Daniel has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Sacramento, CA.
Laura has been an integral member of her RWW team for nearly a decade, bringing dedication, expertise, and a passion for excellence to every role she has undertaken. She began her career as a per-diem occupational therapist (OT) for the Sacramento branch before advancing to a full-time lead OT while also serving as clinical coordinator.
Throughout her tenure, Laura has contributed to numerous special projects and committees that have strengthened the program’s foundation and reinforced their commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. Laura has an in-depth understanding of the treatment model and a talent for fostering collaboration, skills that have equipped her to lead in her new role as Director of Clinical Management for Sacramento Home and Community. Her team states that her blend of clinical expertise, strategic leadership, and steadfast focus on supporting both patients and team members ensures that she is poised to excel.
