ResCare Community Living LPN Supervisor Holly Waddell has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Clearwater, FL.
Holly is the winner of the 2023 Clinician of the Year Award, and it has been an honor to celebrate her. She is a remarkable clinician and excels in representing all of our LEGACY values. Holly has demonstrated exceptional leadership capabilities within her operation. She understands how effective staff management is to prevent burnout, which resulted in her having the highest retention rate among all LPN supervisors in the state of Florida last year. Additionally, her department scored 100% on all site and record reviews. Holly takes initiative by completing all assessments on time and maintaining thorough and detailed documentation. She provides one-on-one training to her peers when needed and consistently establishes a high standard of care.
