ResCare Community Living A/R Process Analyst Nakayla Davis has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Indianapolis, IN.
Nakayla works with the West region for Community Living and frequently demonstrates our LEGACY values. With the significant responsibility of two Texas operations, Austin and Arlington, Nakayla took the initiative to set an achievable collection goal for herself while also collaborating with her operations by discussing top issues on her one-on-one calls.
With a drive for swift resolution, Nakayla was consistent in her follow-ups and tracking processes, which finally paid off with multiple resolutions that exceeded her target goal.
