As we continue to celebrate Nurses Month and Nurses Week, we recognize ResCare Community Living Director of Nursing Paul Carter, who has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Bridgeport, WV.
Paul has established himself as a leader and goes above and beyond to support both employees and clients. When facing snow storms this past winter, Paul used his four-wheel drive vehicle to visit an individual who lived further out and confirm they were taken care of during medication passes.
LPN Felicia Wentz says, “Paul is our go-to guy. He is meticulous in his care of more than 80 clients. Paul impacts the company in a positive way by being consistent, having integrity, and ensuring accountability.”
Paul is recognized as an effective communicator with notable time management skills, making him well-equipped to handle the fast-moving environment of his job. He is also a problem solver, helping his team navigate obstacles efficiently and assisting any client or staff member in need.
