ResCare Community Living Program Director Tracey Norris has been Working Smart and Doing Good in North Carolina.
Under Tracey’s leadership, the Care Management teams have increased census by almost 500 people year over year, reaching nearly 1,200 total supported. The team is committed to quality and understands that their knowledge of the business directly impacts both recipients and providers of necessary services.
One client’s mother recently spoke with a Care Management team member who explained all of the services available to her daughter. The mother started crying, saying that she had called her insurer several times but had never been able to get the answers she needed to help her daughter. She was excited about having a Care Management team to help with their needs, stating Tracey’s team was a godsend.
