All Ways Caring Branch Manager Saretta Harrison is Working Smart and Doing Good in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Saretta began her career with All Ways Caring in 2007 as a caregiver in Charleston and was later promoted to Client Services Supervisor. In 2015, she moved to Myrtle Beach to serve as the interim Branch Manager before the position became permanent. In November 2021, Saretta held an evening of celebration to recognize and show appreciation for her team members in the field. The event took several months of planning and preparation. With the help of several associates, Saretta created a formal evening everyone would remember.
“Saretta demonstrated how seriously she takes her role as a Difference Maker,” said Regional Director Chris Lewis. “She knows that everything we do is all about our people, and our caregivers are people first! In over 20 years of leadership, this is one of the most memorable expressions of gratitude and appreciation I have seen.”
