SpringHealth Behavioral Therapist Jennifer Denning is Working Smart and Doing Good in Springfield, Illinois. Jennifer won the 2022 Behavioral Health Divisional Clinician of the Year award.
Jennifer has been a loyal BrightSpring employee for more than seven years and with SpringHealth for nearly all of that time. Jennifer shows up every day for her clients and forms strong relationships with the interdisciplinary team, which yields highly successful plans and patient satisfaction.
Jennifer is constantly expanding her knowledge in the field and working with her mentors to grow her interventions. She has demonstrated a strong ability to choose appropriate interventions and assessments based on her clients’ current levels of functioning.
“Jennifer is passionate, reliable, hardworking, and loved by all she comes in contact with,” said State Director Suzy Finigan. “She puts her clients’ needs above all else and is a constant advocate for them – once even spending nine hours making a personalized nine-foot wooden visual board for a client to meet his needs! She is an exemplary employee, the kind you wish you could duplicate.”
