StepStone Family & Youth Services Licensing Supervisor Keeanna Samuel has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Raleigh, NC.
Keeanna was the first team member to join the Raleigh operation after the office opened in July 2023. She arrived at a time when StepStone was experiencing significant growth in foster families and children alike in North Carolina. In the past two years, Keeanna has been pivotal in the growth of her operation, working to recruit and license safe, loving, and quality homes for the youth she supports.
Keeanna has a way with foster families, providing grace and kindness while still ensuring they are compliant and responsive. She is willing to learn and grow and looks to the state licensing team for guidance when a challenge presents itself. She is open and receptive to feedback, making adjustments to promote success and secure homes for children in need.
