Amerita Clinical Liaison Dietitian Allie Hoepker has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Greenwood Village, CO.
Allie was a winner of this year’s Amerita Rising Star award. She is respected by her sales teammates and leaders in the operation, and she is recognized for her effective communication with customers, educating them on safe transitions of care to home.
Allie supports quality improvement in many ways. She serves as a reviewer for internal clinical reference documents, including a recently introduced external formulary crosswalk. She is also developing a new continuing education (CE) program with her operation’s dietitian counterpart, helping the sales team reach more customers and providing value through CE credits.
In 2024, Allie achieved 100% of her three admit targets through rounding with dietitians and case managers. This elicited interest in Amerita’s fistula program from a local hospital’s surgical team, as well as an additional CE program opportunity. Allie also implemented a biweekly campaign to her top accounts, which she continuously re-evaluates to assess its contribution toward her goals.
