ResCare Community Living Program Manager Jasz White has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Fort Wayne, IN.
Jasz began her career with ResCare in 2017 as a Training Coordinator. She was promoted to the role of Program Manager in 2022 and has built admirable relationships with consumers, staff, and external entities throughout her eight-year tenure.
Jasz has committed herself to organizing weekly consumer and community events. She strives to get the ResCare name publicized and to advertise the unique events that ResCare Fort Wayne offers to its clients and community. She and her coworkers dedicate hours to making every event a true success, promoting accomplishments of all participants.
Jasz’s efforts have been recognized within and outside of the operation. Her daily actions have not only influenced others but played a part in a recent award that the operation received. ResCare Community Living Fort Wayne was recognized as being on the “Fort Wayne’s Best of 2025” business list based off consumer reviews. Jasz’s commitment to the organization is appreciated. She demonstrates integrity and commitment to quality, driving growth, and opening opportunities.
