Rachael Kurzer-Givens is the chief clinical officer at BrightSpring Health Services. Kurzer-Givens has been a part of BrightSpring’s quality and regulatory compliance team for more than 20 years.
Kurzer-Givens’ 30 years of experience in the human services and health care industries help her lead BrightSpring’s clinical initiatives of quality improvement, outcome measurements and clinical training programs.
Before joining BrightSpring, she was a quality enhancement coordinator for a multistate intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) provider. After an acquisition, Kurzer-Givens continued as director of quality management during her first years at BrightSpring.
Kurzer-Givens earned her Master of Science degree in rehabilitation counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University and her bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University. She is also certified in health care compliance and is a Louisville Health Care Fellow.
