ResCare Community Living Direct Support Professional, Richard Rumiche, was featured in the Glendale News-Press during DSP Recognition Week for his outstanding 15 years of service as a DSP.

“I’m grateful to be recognized by my Glendale community for the care I take pride in providing my clients each day. Over the past 15 years, I’ve found that working in direct care truly fulfills me, and I feel fortunate to have a career that helps me to give back and serve my community. It is my goal to create a safe and happy space for my clients to live in, my colleagues to work in, and my community to thrive in. I hope my work empowers more individuals to overcome their challenges and achieve a life of independence.”

Ricardo’s leadership and compassion are well-known among his colleagues, and he is recognized for quietly stepping up whenever needed.
