BrightSpring Health Services announced today that Home Health Care of East Tennessee, Inc. and its affiliates have joined with Adoration Health, a home health and hospice company headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. Adoration Health is a part of the BrightSpring Health Services family of brands.
The strategic combination leverages the talents, expertise and service offerings of two companies recognized for providing quality care for the medically complex and high need populations they support. The transaction also takes advantage of the opportunity to capitalize on their collective footprint throughout Tennessee and Mississippi. Adoration Health serves approximately 1,200 individuals in 24 counties across the Middle Tennessee area. In addition to the 17 counties in southeastern Tennessee, Home Health Care of East Tennessee also operates as Continue Care in 14 western Mississippi counties.

The transaction was made official on May 17. Home Health Care of East Tennessee will now integrate into Adoration Health under BrightSpring’s home health care umbrella, joining a nationwide community of brands that provide clinical, non-clinical, pharmacy and ancillary care services for people of all ages, health and skill levels across home and community settings.
