The Leadership Louisville Center is a nonprofit, member-oriented organization whose mission is to grow and connect a diverse network of leaders who serve as catalysts for a world-class community. Ignite Louisville has graduated over 950 up-and-coming leaders and prepared next-generation talent for expanded roles within their organizations and communities. As part of the course requirements, the class will take part in the Ignite Louisville Challenge, an opportunity for these individuals to work in teams to undertake a project for a local nonprofit. The opportunity provides valuable experience in community leadership, board involvement and teamwork.
