ResCare Community Living LPN/LPT/LVN Karmencita Poser has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Gainesville, FL. Recently, Karmencita was recognized as Clinician of the Year at BrightSpring’s 2026 Enterprise Awards.
Kari goes above and beyond as a clinician by providing uncompromised and superlative care at all times for the people she serves. She has a reputation among guardians and medical consultants for her relentless dedication to solving complicated medical problems and achieving medical breakthroughs for her clients, improving their quality of life. Kari is known to work around the clock and visits her clients every time they return from the hospital to perform return assessments immediately upon their arrival home, even during weekends and overnights.
Kari also stepped up when the operation was facing a nursing shortage. She always finds ways to cover her vacant shifts, get all of her assessments done, and make sure her clients make it to their appointments. Kari also traveled to other programs during the shortage to cover shifts and assist with client care. At her operation’s last American Health Care Association (AHCA) survey, she received zero nursing deficiencies.
