ResCare Community Living Certified Nursing Assistant Ricardo Rumiche has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Glendale, CA.
Ricardo’s operation recently recognized his hard work and years of service during Direct Support Professional (DSP) Appreciation Week. Known as a dependable team member, Ricardo enjoys accompanying clients on special outings like Dodgers games. He acts as their companion, helping them to feel safe and seen in the community.
“I’ve found that working in direct care truly fulfills me, and I feel fortunate to have a career that helps me give back and serve my community,” Ricardo says. “It is my goal to create a safe and happy space for my clients to live in, my colleagues to work in, and my community to thrive in. I hope my work empowers more individuals to overcome their challenges and achieve a life of independence.”
