StepStone Family & Youth Services National Treatment Director Stacy Brindley has been Working Smart and Doing Good.
Ariana Rodriguez, the first former foster youth to be crowned Miss Kentucky, visited StepStone on Thursday, September 18, to share her story of resilience, hope, and determination with foster families and staff. She joined Stacy in a meaningful conversation to discuss how foster parents can build stronger connections with children, help them overcome trauma, and empower them with confidence for the future.
Stacy says, “As someone who has walked in the same shoes as children in foster care, Ariana represents what is possible when kids are supported with love, stability, and opportunity. Her story brings hope to foster youth while reminding foster parents of the lifechanging impact they make every day.”
Thank you, Stacy, for your Leadership and for setting a strong example of how attitude, ownership, and adaptability create influence at the national level. Your work drives results, sets a standard for others to aspire to, and helps those you support live their best lives.
WORK SMART. DO GOOD.
