ResCare Community Living Executive Director Ingrid Hockenberry is Working Smart and Doing Good. Ingrid is the 2022 BrightSpring Enterprise LEGACY Leadership award winner.
Ingrid leads by example in maintaining high-quality standards. Under her supervision, her operation maintained a 95% or higher annual occupancy rate. Eight of Ingrid’s homes boasted a deficiency-free survey year and the operation’s site review average was greater than 95% overall, with zero COVID-19 deficiencies for licensing reviews.

Ingrid checks in and provides support so outcomes are achieved. She makes everyone around her better!”
