SpringHealth State Director Michelle Willingham is Working Smart and Doing Good in Winchester, Virginia. Michelle won the 2022 Behavioral Health Divisional LEGACY Award.
Michelle has worked to grow the behavioral health division in Virginia since she started at SpringHealth. Under her Leadership, the operation has doubled the number of employees on its team, enabling them to provide services to even more clients in the state!
“Michelle is a hands-on teacher when working with clients and employees,” said Registered Behavioral Technician Stephanie Gladden. “She leads by example with great communication and a willingness to get in there and be a part of the process! Every time I have an interaction with Michelle, I have learned something new and feel like I have grown as an individual and an employee.”
Great work, Michelle. Your Leadership has enabled more clients to receive behavioral health services throughout Virginia. Thank you for leaving your LEGACY and congratulations on earning this award.
