Tracey Johnson, a caregiver with All Ways Caring HomeCare in Baxley, Georgia, has received the NADD 2020 DSP Award for Excellence. The award is given annually to acknowledge a Direct Support Professional (DSP) whose contribution to supporting people has resulted in significant improvement in the quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and mental health needs.

“Tracey exemplifies our mission of providing quality care and helping people live their best life,” said Rexanne Domico, BrightSpring’s president of Home Health Care and Rehabilitation Services. “Her work positively impacts the quality of life of our clients and we are proud to have her as part of the All Ways Caring team.”

NADD is an international association for persons with IDD and mental health needs, comprised of individuals, families, and support professionals dedicated to enhancing the understanding and treatment of people experiencing co-occurring IDD and mental health conditions or mental illness.

“NADD received many highly qualified nominations for this year’s awards,” said NADD CEO Jeanne M Farr. “We had a truly outstanding field from which Tracey’s nomination was unanimously chosen as the best exemplar of the values represented by this award.”
