Chief Revenue Officer Laurie Babin recently had an article published in the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) magazine, MGMA Connections. Babin wrote about BrightSpring’s innovative payment initiatives for the company’s clients and patients – along with enhancements to assist the company’s employees.
In the article, Babin also discusses the four goals associated with the introduction of the online payment option, and what BrightSpring did to ensure success. The goals mentioned were: improving the overall look and feel of the payment experience, making payment methods clearer, optimizing statements as a touchpoint, and reducing paper.
“Our goal is and always will be to make sure our caregivers can continue to focus on care and this process change has allowed us to do that,” Babin writes.
