This month, BrightSpring Chief of Staff and Special Projects Lisa Nalley will be among 40 community, nonprofit and business-leading women taking part in the annual Bizwomen Mentoring Monday, sponsored by Louisville Business First.
Bizwomen Mentoring Monday is an annual networking breakfast that connects professional women in the region. Louisville Business First has selected the area’s most influential women to represent a cross-section of important Louisville industries, from small-business owners and bankers to attorneys and executives, at some of the most powerful companies and nonprofit organizations. The one-of-a-kind event will take place in 43 Business Journal markets on the same day. This means at least 200+ women will be coached in every market or 10,000 women across America, from Albany to Hawaii.
“I am looking forward to connecting with some of the area’s aspiring women leaders,” said Nalley. “I always welcome the opportunity to give back to the community, share my journey and help mentor the influencers of tomorrow.”
Nalley joined BrightSpring in 2017, and works closely with the chief executive officer, chief financial officer, brand presidents and operating leaders. Nalley’s primary areas of focus for the company are assisting the CEO’s office with delivering and managing critical success factors and strategic initiatives across the organization, coordinating with the project management office and business leaders on relevant and focused projects and initiatives. She also plays a pivotal role in business integration and works in conjunction with the mergers and acquisitions team to target new business opportunities. Finally, she also monitors and tends to the day-to-day management of BrightSpring’s new headquarters building.
Louisville Business First will host the Bizwomen Mentoring Monday, on Feb. 25, at 8 a.m. Click here for more information about attending the event.
