BrightSpring Health Services Wins ATD Impact Award

BrightSpring Health Services recently earned an impressive distinction from the Kentucky chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD).

Members of BrightSpring’s leadership and organizational development team were featured as presenters at the ATD 2018 Day of Learning Conference held at the Muhammad Ali Center on Sept. 25. During the event, the team was honored with the prestigious IMPACT award, given to individuals and organizations who show a direct correlation among organizational objectives, talent development program implementation and the validated impact on the objectives. BrightSpring received the IMPACT Award for the redesigned site review tool and the rollout of its Learning Management System online training platform.

“This is an incredible accomplishment for BrightSpring,” said Malissia Pendleton, chief learning officer. “It’s an honor to be recognized for our focus and implementation of programs that truly make a difference and drive innovation for our company. Innovation and learning are strongly connected.”

The leadership and organizational development team facilitates building a collaborative learning culture for the BrightSpring family of brands. The team enables innovative learning and training for the organization. Elizabeth Cobban, Stephanie Palacio and Doug Collins presented about the company’s talent review process and internal leadership development program.
