Adoration Home Health Branch Director Shondrika Smith has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Greenwood, MS.
Shondrika won the 2024 Enterprise Rising Star Award. She recently transitioned from RN Case Manager to Branch Manager and leads a full staff while keeping patient care a priority, including filling in as needed in the field.
Since taking on her current role, Shondrika and her team have worked to improve operational metrics through increased training, improved quality scores to a five-star rating, and expanded services to support more than 1,600 individuals. Shondrika is an example of a results-oriented leader, attending meetings and events whenever possible and representing Adoration within the local community.
Shondrika often volunteers at after-hours events like Bikes, Blues, and Bayous Cycling to form partnerships with local organizations and advocate for the services Adoration can provide. She is a consistent model of the LEGACY values, approaching each interaction with a positive Attitude and a desire to Get Going.
