All Ways Caring HomeCare Scheduler Brian Sullivan has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Champaign, IL.
Brian won All Ways Caring’s LEGACY Award for the East Division. State Director Cherie Ismail says, “Brian is business-minded and focused on meeting the key metrics of his branch, but his primary mission is to provide great care.” He has a strong focus on finding caregivers who can meet that standard and help more individuals.
While the Champaign Branch has undergone several administrative staff changes, Brian was a source of consistency for the team. His knowledge of the business and commitment to serving others helped the Champaign Branch remain successful.
