All Ways Caring HomeCare HR Specialist Hura Minger has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Rome, GA.
Hura won the LEGACY Award for the East Division of All Ways Caring. Branch Manager Terri Samples says, “He has been with the Rome office for the last seven months and amazes us with his knowledge and skill.”
Hura has a talent for recruitment, assisting new hires through orientation and training processes while answering any questions they may have. With his assistance, the branch had a net increase of 15 caregivers in six months. Hura lends his expertise to other branches as needed, and his leadership contributed to two other locations in Georgia reaching growth and budget goals last year.
Beyond his administrative successes, Hura is well-liked and respected by clients. One refers to him as “Papaw Sunshine,” saying he brightens her day every time she gets to speak with him. Hura is known to be kind, optimistic, and an excellent resource to those around him.
