Equus Workforce Solutions Project Director Sandy Belt is Working Smart and Doing Good in Madison, Wisconsin. Sandy is the winner of the 2022 Workforce Changing Lives award.
In 2021, Sandy was Project Director for Equus’ Emergency Homeless Sheltering Program in San Diego. She knows her business and at the end of the year, she agreed to transfer to Dane County, Wisconsin, to serve as Project Director for a brand-new contract expanding Equus’ homeless assistance programming.
Sandy is an amazing leader with internal teams and the participants we serve. The testimonials we receive are because of the engagement and relationship she’s able to build with the participants in our hotels. Sandy stabilized and improved the quality of the Emergency Homeless Sheltering program once she came on board and she invested in a thoughtful transition for her successor.
“Sandy’s LEGACY continues wherever she goes,” said Workforce Services President Mark Douglass. “She changes lives wherever she is and her commitment to our organization is unparalleled.”
Thank you, Sandy, for your commitment to helping people live their best lives. Congratulations on earning this award.
WORK SMART. DO GOOD.
